I have print screened the email that I sent to the actress we will be using in our film. I feel that communication and organisation are important factors in our production to ensure everyone is on the same page and the shoot goes well.
Sending this email to her helps us to keep to our schedule and not waste time once we arrive on set. I have also forwarded the email to the other members of the production team so that they are aware that as a team we have contacted and made clear what we want the actress to do before we arrive. The team has also been sent an individual email explaining what to do, where to be and when for the shoot.
